Scrollable Image

The ScrollableImage component is loosely based on the ScrollImage component developed by Arpit Mathur ( http://www.arpitonline.com). The idea behind this component was to provide a image control that would allow the end user to easily add in scrolling via user interaction (via the mouse cursor) or by displaying scrollbars. In addition to this the component now supports drag and drop.
